July 28, 2023 - Dr. Bialik is now fully retired

Dear Parents and patients,

With mixed emotions, I wish to inform you that after 37 years as a physician, I have fully retired as of July 28, 2023, in order to spend more time with my family. I will certainly miss my patients and parents who felt like family members.

Primary Care patients are those patients for whom we previously provided all care, including check ups, immunizations, etc. Please see the primary care patients tab for further information.

Consult patients are those that were initially referred to me by their family physician for a specific medical problem. For those consult patients who currently have a family physician please see appropriate tab. For Consult patients who currently do not have a family physician please see appropriate tab.
